Our Mission

360 Elite Performance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing underserved youth with free, elite-level baseball training, mentorship, and resources—empowering them to earn opportunities through discipline, hard work, and development.
We exist to level the playing field for minority athletes by focusing on true growth, not pay-to-play access, and by building leaders on and off the field.

Our Founders Story

OUR PLAYERS

Francisco Gracesqui – Founder of 360 Elite Performance

I was born and raised in Queens, New York, and like many Dominican kids growing up in the city, baseball was everything to me. I chased the dream the hard way—without resources, without connections, just a glove, a ball, and a relentless drive. That drive took me all the way to the Toronto Blue Jays organization, where I pitched professionally. But like many stories in this game, mine came with tough lessons. After getting released, I faced the brutal reality that raw talent and effort alone weren’t enough.

I didn’t quit—I dug in deeper. I threw myself into every advanced training system out there: Driveline, Tread Athletics, Top Velocity. I was obsessed with learning everything about movement patterns, pitch design, power output—everything I never had access to growing up. I trained like my life depended on it, chasing every metric, every detail. And I finally put it all together—I peaked later than most—but by then, the window had closed.

What I realized in that process changed me: there’s so much more to becoming elite than just showing up at the park. You need data, structure, and someone to guide you through the noise. You need opportunity.

So I turned that knowledge into purpose. I began training kids, not to make money, but because I didn’t want them to miss out the way I did. I started with athletes like Bryan Gomez, who came into the program with raw talent and no real resources. He worked his way into a full scholarship at the University of West Georgia. That was the turning point—I knew it was time to truly hang up my cleats and pour everything into helping the next generation.

That’s how 360 Elite Performance was born—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built to train underserved youth with pro-level development systems. We work with kids who may not have the best background or the flashiest resumes, but they have one thing that can’t be taught: work ethic. We match that hunger with advanced technology like HitTrax, Trackman, high-speed cameras, and biomechanics tools—resources I never had growing up.

These kids remind me of myself. And I’m committed to making sure that no talented, hardworking kid gets left behind just because they didn’t have access. We’re not just changing athletes—we’re changing lives.

360 Elite Performance brings its programs to kids 6-18 years old.

THEORY OF CHANGE

At 360 Elite Performance, we believe that athletic development is a vehicle for life transformation. Our theory of change is built on a simple but powerful idea:

When you invest in a young athlete’s development—on the field and in character—you don’t just create better ballplayers, you create leaders.

We focus on high-level, individualized training, while also instilling the core values of discipline, perseverance, accountability, and hard work. These values go far beyond sports—they shape young people into individuals who are ready to lead in their schools, their communities, and their futures.

We provide this opportunity free of charge to underserved youth who show potential and the right mentality. Because talent is everywhere—but access is not.

How We Are Different

In today’s youth baseball world, the focus has shifted in the wrong direction. Families are pressured into spending thousands of dollars on travel ball programs that often prioritize winning games and stacking rosters, not actual development. The result? Minority athletes from working-class families get left behind, not because they lack talent, but because they can’t afford the pay-to-play model. We reject that system. At 360 Elite Performance, we’re not selling tournament jerseys—we’re building athletes. We focus on the training side, combining elite instruction with cutting-edge technology—Trackman, HitTrax, biomechanics analysis, and strength programs—to unlock each athlete’s full potential. We track progress. We educate. We mentor. Most importantly, we do it with heart—and we do it for free for those who can’t afford it. We’ve already helped dozens of athletes earn college scholarships—including several who were the first in their families to ever attend college. And we’re just getting started. Development creates opportunity. Opportunity changes lives.
